Prize (1): Subject to the terms and conditions of these Rules, there will be at most a total of one (1) prize winner in the Sweepstakes. The prize will consist of one (1) four thousand dollar ($4,000) gift card to Backroads and one (1) pair of autographed boxing gloves (collectively the “Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $4,500.
