Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for winner and a guest to Dallas, Texas to visit the set of Fox’s Lone Star. Trip will include roundtrip coach class airfare for two from a major airport near winner’s home to Dallas, Texas. Three nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, car transfers between airport and hotel and between hotel and Lone Star set. A $250.00 American Express Gift Card will be provided to the winner for use towards incidentals, meals, and etc. Aside from the $250.00 American Express Gift Card, all other costs associated with the trip including but not limited to meals, tips, baggage fees and souvenirs are the sole responsibility of the winner. Trip dates will be chosen by Fox and will occur between October 2010 and April 2011. All taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize may not be transferred. No prize substitution, except by Prize Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Potential winner will be notified by phone and/or mail and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release and IRS W-9 form, within five (5) days of the date of prize notification. If potential winner is a minor, prize will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian, who must sign all required documents and accompany winner on the trip. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or documents are not completed and returned within the allotted time, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for change of mailing address. Guest of winner will also be required to sign and return a liability release within 5 days of prize notification. Guest may only be a minor if winner is guest’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest must travel together. If the winner and/or guest are unable to travel on the dates determined by Prize Sponsor, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner resides within 100 miles of Dallas, Texas, winner will receive $300 in lieu of airfare to Dallas, Texas. If the taping of the show is cancelled or postponed for any reason, Prize Sponsor’s sole obligation shall be to award the remaining elements of the prize. Approximate retail Value of Grand Prize: $2,950.00.
