Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize winnerwill receive a trip for the winner and a guest to Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) to attend the Teen Choice™ Awards 2012 on July 22, 2012. Trip consists of: round trip coach air transportation for winner and a guest from the major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights nearest to prize winner’s place of residence to a Los Angeles area airport, hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, two (2) tickets to the Teen Choice™ Awards Show (the “Event”), $250 in spending money in the form of gift card(s), and ground transportation between the LA airport to the hotel and between the hotel and the Event. If the prize winner’s primary residence is within 100 miles of the Event venue, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute air transportation and airport transfers with a car service or other ground transportation to the hotel. If the prize winner is under the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the winner must accompany winner on the entire trip as a guest chaperone or the winner’s parent or legal guardian must provide written permission for another adult age 21 or older to accompany the prize winner as a guest chaperone. If the prize winner is over the age of majority in his/her state of residence and the intended accompanying guest is not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence, a parent or legal guardian of the guest must: (a) accompany prize winner and guest on the entire trip as a chaperone; or (b) provide written permission for another adult age 21 or older to accompany the prize winner and guest as a chaperone. Either option shall be at the sole expense of such guest’s parent or legal guardian. Guest must be at least seven (7) years of age. All chaperones and chaperone arrangements are subject to Sponsor’s approval. All additional expenses associated with the Grand Prize including but not limited to incidentals, meals, federal, state and local sales or other taxes and surcharges are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, unless otherwise set forth in the Official Rules. Trip must take place July 21, 2012 to July 23, 2012, but such dates may be set later or earlier in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Reservations, Teen Choice™ Awards Show tickets, and airline tickets are non-refundable for cash or credit, non-transferable and non-changeable once issued. If lost, tickets will not be replaced. Sponsor reserves the right to change travel dates and to substitute any or all of these portions of the prize for a prize of comparable or greater value should they become unavailable or impractical for any reason. Admission to the Event has no associated cash value and if the Event is cancelled or postponed, applicable portions of the prize will be cancelled without substitution or compensation.

Two (2) First Prize winners will also receive an official Teen Choice™ Surfboard (ARV $900.00). The surfboard may be autographed by a celebrity attendee(s) of Teen Choice™ 2012, subject to availability. No guarantee, warranty or representation is made that the surfboard will bear any autograph(s). No monetary value is attributed to autograph(s) (if any).
