Prize
There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to Winner. Prize will consist of the following: a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Los Angeles, California (the “Trip”). The Trip includes the following elements, all as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion: 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence to one (1) of the major airports nearest Los Angeles, California; 2) three (3) days and two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel chosen by Sponsors in their sole discretion, with roundtrip ground transportation to and from the Los Angeles airport; 3) visit to the set of Access Hollywood; 4) a five hundred ($500) gift card for spa treatment at a spa to be chosen by Sponsors in their sole discretion; 5) three hundred dollar ($300) gift card for dinner for Winner and Guest, to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Prize is four thousand dollars ($4,000).
