PRIZES: At the end of the Entry Period, there will be one (1) drawing in which one (1) grand prize winner and ten (10) first prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by employees or representatives of the Sponsor. The grand prize winner shall receive: (a) two (2) roundtrip Main Cabin airfare tickets on Virgin America Airlines to Los Angeles, California (retail value of $1,600.00); (b) two (2) nights stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel located in Beverly Hills, California, in the form of a hotel gift certificate with a value of $1,500.00 (retail value of $1,500.00); (c) a shopping spree at Jonathan Adler, in the form of a gift certificate with a value of $1,000.00, redeemable on the www.jonathanadler.com website, online or in any one of Jonathan Adler’s 25 boutique locations; and (d) one (1) signed copy of Rachel Zoe’s book Living in Style: Advice and Inspiration for Everyday Glamour (retail value of $28.00). Each of the first prize winners shall receive one (1) signed copy of Rachel Zoe’s book Living in Style: Advice and Inspiration for Everyday Glamour (retail value of $28.00). Total Retail Value of all prizes is $4,408.00. The airfare tickets in the grand prize shall be subject to certain black-out dates and other terms and conditions of Virgin America Inc. (“Virgin America”). The winner of the grand prize shall be responsible for: (a) coordinating all airfare ticket arrangements directly with Virgin America, which must be redeemed by May 30, 2015; (b) travel to and from any airport at which Virgin America operates and at which the winner travels; and (c) coordinating redemption of the gift certificate with the Beverly Hills Hotel. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding with respect to all matters related to the Giveaway.
