Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, D.C. and Canada (except province of Quebec), who work as Contractors in the Home Improvement industry and are 21 years of age or older, as of April 3, 2014. The term “Contractor” means anyone who demolishes, subtracts from, builds or improves any building or structure for compensation, and includes builders, carpenters, plumbers, painters, installers, electricians, masons, heavy equipment operators, engineers, glaciers, drillers, and spa/ pool, security/safety systems, irrigation, lighting, roofing, sheetmetal, and HVAC workers, as well as anyone considered a home improvement contractor under the law of his/her state/providence of residence, In addition, you must own a valid license for your profession if required under the laws of your state/province of residence and you must work primarily as a Contractor. You may be required to produce evidence of your eligibility in order to be a winner. Any dispute as to eligibility will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
