Prize: One (1) Prize will be available to be awarded. Winner will receive VIP Admission passes for winner and *one (1) verified guest to attend one (1) of the two (2) Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival 2025 (“Festival”) weekends which are projected to take place Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 11-13, 2025 and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 18-20, 2025 in Indio, California (actual dates of the 2025 Festival have not been finalized; based on timing of previous years’ Festivals, Sponsor believes the 2025 version of the Festival will take place during the indicated time period; actual dates of the 2025 Festival will be confirmed by Sponsor/HP2 Promotions on or around three (3) months prior to the 2025 Festival). Winner may select one (1) 2025 Festival weekend, subject to Sponsor’s approval at its sole discretion. 2025 Festival weekend must be chosen by winner by December 2, 2024 and may not be modified absent extraordinary circumstances. While Sponsor will seek to accommodate winner’s preference, Winner may not receive his/her choice of weekend and Sponsor disclaims any and all liability in conjunction therewith. Prize includes up to *two (2) passes to the 2025 Festival (for winner and one [1] verified guest) for the selected and approved Festival weekend and one (1) $3,000 check for winner that may be used for any additional expenses
