Follow the instructions to complete the “What Was the Best Beauty Tip your Mom Ever Gave You?” entry form, including your first name, last name, zip code, e‑mail address, year of birth, Walmart.com password and complete and provide your Best Beauty Tip. Forty (40) First Place Prizes will be awarded to forty (40) First Place Prize winners. A First Place Prize is: A beauty gift box containing ten (10) Neutrogena® cosmetic items (each a “First Place Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of a First Place Prize is $75.00. Total ARV for all First Place Prizes is $3,000.00.
