Sweepstakes Entry:
(a) To enter, text the keyword “SHOUT” (the “Sweepstakes Keyword”) to short code 38736 (“Short Code”) using a wireless device capable of 2 way text messaging (you must provide your own device). Once you have properly text-messaged the Sweepstakes Keyword to the Short Code, you will be sent a reply via text message containing that day’s Passcode (each a “Daily Passcode”). There will be a total of ten (10) dierent Daily Passcodes during the Sweepstakes Period and each Daily Passcode will be different.

There is a limit of one entry per person per day and a maximum limit of twenty four (24) total entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes, Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) and Odds:
(a) Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize winner will receive two (2) three-day general admission passes (“3-Day Admission Pass”) to the Voodoo Music Festival (“Festival”) in New Orleans from October 30 to November 1, 2009. Approximate retail value – $720.
