An individual may only win one (1) Graceland Undercover Prize (as described below) during the Master Sweepstakes Period, but may win one (1) Graceland Undercover Prize and the Grand Prize if randomly selected.
Total Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of all prizes in this Sweepstakes: ten thousand six hundred and ninety-four dollars ($10,694).
TWELVE (12) GRACELAND UNDERCOVER PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED IN TOTAL; ONE (1) GRACELAND UNDERCOVER PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED PER UNDERCOVER MISSION DRAWING. Each Undercover Mission winner (“Undercover Mission Winner” or collectively “Undercover Mission Winners”) will receive one (1) iPad mini ® with Wi-Fi, 16GB (hereinafter referred to as a “Graceland Undercover Prize”). iPad mini is a registered trademark of Apple Inc. Apple Inc. is not a Sponsor of or in any way associated with this Sweepstakes. ERV of each Graceland Undercover Prize is three hundred sixty-two dollars ($362). The ERV of all Graceland Undercover Prizes awarded is four thousand three hundred and forty-four dollars ($4,344). Actual Retail Value (“ARV”) of Graceland Undercover Prize may vary. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded.
GRAND PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4)-day, three (3)-night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) to the Malibu, California, area (the “Trip”). The Trip will include round-trip economy-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home. nonexclusive ground transportation to and from airport in or near Los Angeles to the designated hotel; three (3) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a Malibu Beach area hotel, a beachfront dinner for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion at Malibu area restaurant, an “Undercover Spa Experience” for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion at the hotel (total spa charges not to exceed two hundred and fifty dollars (US$250), and a single-day admission for two (2) to Malibu Beach area attraction (actual attraction determined by the Administering Agency and Sponsor at their sole discretion). ERV of the Grand Prize is six thousand three hundred and fifty dollars ($6,350).
