Prize Available: Four hundred one (401) eligible Entrants will be randomly selected as the Winners, as defined
herein by Sponsor at Sponsor’s office located at 5830 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, California 92008. The Prizes vary
based on the type of Winners. There are a maximum total of up to four hundred one (401) prizes available for this
Sweepstakes. Such prizes (“Prizes”) include: (A) one (1) Grand Prize (as defined below) awarded to the Grand
Prize Winner (as defined below); and (B) four hundred (400) Instant Prizes (as defined below) awarded to the
Instant Prize Winners (as defined below). The Grand Prize Winner and Instant Prize Winners are individually
referenced as a “Winner” and collectively referenced as the “Winners.”
i. Instant Prize. Upon successfully submitting an Entry, the prize wheel on the Sweepstakes Website will
automatically spin and if the prize wheel arrow lands on an Instant Prize, that Entrant will win that Instant
Prize indicated on the space where the arrow landed (“Instant Prize Winners”). The instant prizes (each an
“Instant Prize” and collectively, the “Instant Prizes”) vary and consist of: (a) two hundred forty (240) Neopets
Battledome TCG Exclusive Shoyru Avatar Codes, each with an estimated retail value of ten dollars (U.S.D.
$10) and a total estimated retail value of two thousand four hundred dollars (U.S.D. $2,400); (b) fifteen (15)
Neopets Battledome Fire Starter Decks, each with an estimated retail value of nineteen dollars and ninety
nine cents (U.S.D $19.99) and a total estimated retail value of two hundred ninety nine dollars and eighty
five cents (U.S.D. $299.85); (c) fifteen (15) Neopets Battledome Starry Starter Decks, each with an estimated
total retail value of nineteen dollars and ninety nine cents (U.S.D $19.99) and an estimated total retail value
of two hundred ninety nine dollars and eighty five cents (U.S.D. $299.85); (d) one hundred twenty (120)
Neopets Battledome Defenders of Neopia Packs, each with an estimated retail value of three dollars and
ninety nine cents (U.S.D. $3.99) and a total estimated retail value of four hundred seventy eight dollars and
eighty cents (U.S.D. $478.80); and (e) ten (10) Neopets Battledome Defenders of Neopia Boxes, each with
an estimated retail value of eighty nine dollars and ninety nine cents (U.S.D. $89.99) and a total estimated
retail value of eight hundred ninety nine dollars and ninety cents (U.S.D. $899.90). The Instant Prizes have
a total estimated, aggregate retail value of four thousand three hundred seventy eight dollars and forty cents
(U.S.D. $4,378.40).
ii. Grand Prize. Upon successfully submitting an Entry, the prize wheel on the Sweepstakes Website will
automatically spin and if the prize wheel arrow lands on “Grand Prize Entry,” that Entrant will receive an
entry to win the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Entry”). On July 25, 2024 at 12:00 pm PT, Sponsor will randomly
select one (1) eligible Entrant who received a Grand Prize Entry as the winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) to
receive one (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) consisting of: (a) one (1) Neopets Battledome Fire Starter
Deck; (b) one (1) Neopets Battledome Starry Starter Deck; (c) one (1) Neopets Battledome Playmat; (d) one
(1) Neopets Battledome Defenders of Neopia Booster Box; (e) one Neopets Jhudora “Appears” Gallery Print;
(f) one (1) Neopets “Sarah and Daisy: Gruesome Gruslens” Gallery Print; and (g) one (1) Neopets
Battledome TCG Exclusive Shoyru Avatar Code. The Grand Prize has a total estimated, aggregate retail
value of three hundred fifty dollars (U.S.D. $350).
iii. Variable Probability. Due to the variable nature of the number of Prizes and Entrants in the Sweepstakes, the
backend engine utilizes a dynamic probability function to determine the Winners, based on an expected
number of eligible Entries. Therefore, the probability of winning a Prize may vary throughout the course of
the Entry Period. The number of Prizes available and the number of eligible Entries received affect the odds
of winning. Some Prizes may be left unawarded at the end of the Entry Period if there are fewer eligible
Entries than expected. Sponsor reserves the right to award such remaining Prizes, if applicable, to eligible
Entrants chosen at random.

dollars and forty cents (U.S.D. $4,728.40)
