Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsors from all eligible entries on or about August 17, 2013. Sponsors will make two (2) attempts within a twenty-four (24) hour period to notify each winner at the phone number submitted at the time of entry.

Two (2) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize Package includes a trip for two (2)
people to Grand Prize Winner’s choice of either Universal Studios Hollywood (“USH Prize”) or
Universal Orlando Resort (“UO Prize”) to experience Halloween Horror Nights. Each Grand Prize
Package has a Fair Market Value (FMV) of $2,300.00 for either destination (actual value may vary
depending on departure date and location).
If the UO Prize is chosen by a Grand Prize winner, the Grand Prize Package will consist of the following:
1. Round trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) people from the major airport closest to
winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida. Winner will
be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin.*
2. Ground transportation to/from airport in Orlando, Florida and to/from the hotel and Universal
Orlando Resort (“UO”).
3. Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for two (2) people in a maximum of one (1) room,
double occupancy, at one of the UO on-site hotels of Sponsor’s choosing in its sole discretion, for
three (3) consecutive nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips,
telephone calls, souvenirs, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified
here.
4. Two (2) two-day park-to-park tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s
Islands of Adventure theme parks.
5. Two (2) one-night tickets for admission to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida.
Eligible dates include: 9/20, 9/21, 9/26, 9/27, 9/28, 9/29, 10/3, 10/4, 10/5, 10/6, 10/10, 10/11,
10/12, 10/13, 10/16, 10/17, 10/18, 10/19, 10/20, 10/23, 10/24, 10/25, 10/26, 10/27, 10/31, 11/1
and 11/2.
*For a winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another
method of transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion and no cash difference will be awarded.
If the USH Prize is chosen by winner Grand Prize winner, the Grand Prize Package will consist of the
following:
1. Round trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) people from the major airport closest to
winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California.
Winner will be responsible for ground transportation to/from the airport at point of origin.*
2. Ground transportation to/from the airport in Los Angeles, California and to/from the hotel and
Universal Studios Hollywood (“USH”).
3. Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for two (2) people in a maximum of one (1) room,
double occupancy, at a hotel of Sponsor’s choosing in its sole discretion, for three (3) consecutive
nights. Hotel accommodations do not include meals, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, souvenirs,
or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, not specified here.
4. Two (2) two-day General Admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood.
5. Two (2) one-night General Admission Halloween Horror Nights tickets to Universal Studios
Hollywood’s Halloween Horror Nights 2013. Eligible dates include: 9/20, 9/21, 9/27, 9/28, 10/4,
10/5, 10/6, 10/11, 10/12, 10/13, 10/17, 10/18, 10/19, 10/20, 10/24, 10/25, 10/26, 10/27, 10/31,
11/1 and 11/2.3
*For a winner who is a California resident whose primary place of residence is within two
hundred (200) miles of USH, air transportation may be substituted with another method of
transportation by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and no cash difference will be awarded.
Each Grand Prize trip must be completed between September 19, 2013 and November 1, 2013 (the
“Halloween Horror Nights Period”). If a winner is unable to fulfill the Grand Prize Package during the
Halloween Horror Nights Period, such winner forfeits the Grand Prize Package and an alternate winner
will be selected by random drawing.

Fair Market Value of each Grand Prize: $2,300.
