One (1) Grand Prize, one (1) Runner-Up Prize and Twenty-Four (24) First Prizes (one (1) First Prize per awards category) are available.

One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Oscar® All-Star Winner prize package, which consists of a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA and tickets to sit in the bleachers next to the red carpet arrival area at the 89thAcademy Awards® tentatively scheduled to take place on February 26, 2017 (“Trip”). The exact date of the 89th Academy Awards® is subject to change; exact date will be provided to winner at least sixty (60) days prior to the event. Grand Prize Trip includes round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA from an airport near winner’s residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a Los Angeles area hotel (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); ground transportation between Los Angeles area airport (of Sponsor’s sole choosing) and hotel; two (2) tickets to the bleacher section next to the red carpet arrival area at the 89th Academy Awards®; and one (1) $1,000.00 Kohl’s gift card.

ARV of Grand Prize: $3,500.00.

One (1) Runner-Up Prize: Runner-Up Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California to attend a red carpet premiere of a Walt Disney Company film in 2016 (“Event”); and one (1) $500 Kohl’s gift card. Winner will be notified by June 2016 which Walt Disney Company premiere he/she will attend. The Event will take place on a date to be determined in 2016. Runner-Up prize trip includes round-trip coach class air travel for two (2) from a major airport nearest the winner’s residence to Los Angeles, California (airport of departure to be selected by Administrator in its sole discretion); two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy); round-trip ground transportation to/from Los Angeles area airport of Sponsor’s sole choosing and hotel; and two (2) tickets to a premiere screening of a Walt Disney Company film. Screening tickets to the film premiere do not include admission to the premiere after party. If winner’s residence is within 150 miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded.

ARV of Runner-Up Prize: $3,000.00.

If Runner-Up Prize winner is unable to travel to Event on the designated dates supplied by the Sponsor for any reason prior to when travel is booked, the Event portion of the Runner-Up Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Runner-Up Prize winner will receive the remaining prize elements, including a trip to Los Angeles on a Sponsor-designated alternate date prior to December 31, 2016 and one (1) $500 Kohl’s gift card.

Twenty-four (24) First Prize Winners (one (1) First Prize per awards category): Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Oscar® Prize Pack. Each prize pack consists of: one (1) Official 2016 Oscars® program from the 88th Academy Awards®; one (1) limited edition Oscars® notebook; one (1) DVD of each of the “Best Picture” nominees from the 88th Academy Awards®; and one (1) $100 Kohl’s gift card. Winner is subject to verification of eligibility and must provide a valid street address in the (50) United States or the District of Columbia for shipment of First Prize.Various prize elements may be shipped separately, in Sponsor‘s sole discretion.
