 Maximum of one registration per person or per valid email address during the entire Contest period.

 contestants will have a maximum of one opportunity per day (between 12:00am ET – 11:59 pm ET) to listen to an audio recording and then submit an answer for the on-line trivia question.

 Scoring: Eligible participants will be awarded one (1) point for each daily trivia question answered correctly during the Registration Period. Any incorrect answers will receive 0 points. The maximum total available points for correctly answering each daily trivia question is 21 points.

 (7) Grand Prize Winners – CMA Music Festival Trip: On or about 5/1/13, Administrator shall conduct the grand prize drawing from among all eligible entries received to randomly select one (1) grand prize winner from each of the seven (7) designated markets to win a grand prize trip to the CMA Music Festival in Nashville, TN (see prize description below).

 Maximum of one (1) prize winner per household.

 Prize Awards:

 Grand Prize – Trip to CMA Music Festival (Nashville, TN): a maximum of seven (7) grand prize trips to the CMA Music Festival will be awarded to seven (7) selected grand prize winners (maximum of one (1) grand prize winner per designated market). Each grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to the 2013 CMA Music Festival event in Nashville, TN with an approximate retail value not to exceed $4,100. The trip includes:
 Round trip coach class airfare for two (2) (winner and guest) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to Nashville, TN scheduled to depart on 6/5/2013 and return on 6/10/2013. Actual departure date, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor.
 Ground transportation to and from the Nashville International Airport, Nashville, TN and hotel.
 Five (5)-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at hotel designated by Sponsor arriving 6/5/2013 and departing 6/10/2013 in the Nashville, TN area.
 Two (2) tickets to the 2013 CMA Music Festival in Nashville, TN with admission dates between 6/6/2013 – 6/9/2013.
