Grand Prize: (1 winner) Round trip coach airfare for two (Grand Prize Winner and travel companion) from a major airport near winner’s home to Sedona, Arizona; three nights lodging (double occupancy) at the Sedona Rouge Hotel; two in-person consultations with Albert Gaulden; a massage for winner and companion at Sedona Intensive; in-person meditation session for two with Sarah McClean guided hike for two with Scott Carney. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $2,850. Actual retail value will depend on Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence. Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, or any other expenses not specifically listed herein responsibility of winner. Travel and accommodations subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Travel will take place on dates mutually agreed upon by Grand Prize Winner and Sponsor, and will be subject to Albert Gaulden, Sarah McClean and Scott Carney’s schedules. All travel must be completed by March 2011, or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. If Grand Prize Winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, travel companion must be Grand Prize Winner’s parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and travel companion must sign travel release prior to ticketing. Travel companion must be of the age of majority unless the Grand Prize Winner is travel companion’s parent or legal guardian. Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification relating to acceptance and use of the travel prize package. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Grand Prize Winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Services provided by Albert Gaulden, Sarah McClean and Scott Carney are subject to their terms and conditions and Grand Prize Winner and travel companion may be required to execute an agreement prior to engaging in activities with them. Sponsor is not responsible if any Grand Prize activity (e.g., consultation, meditation, tour, etc.) is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event, that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion, as Sponsor shall have the option to substitute a different prize activity.
