You must completely fill out the entry form, or your entry will be ineligible. You must also upload a photo reflecting your “Ugly Bathroom” and provide a photo description (10 words or fewer). Photo must be submitted in either JPEG or PNG format as further described below. THIS IS NOT A PHOTO CONTEST. Selection of winners is by random drawing.
The photo submitted must be an original photo and you must be the photographer or permission of the photographer. You must also have the permission of any person used as a subject in, or that appears in, any submitted photo. Any editing / retouching / modifying applied to a submitted photo must have been performed by you as the submitting party and use of a stock photo is not allowed. All submitted photos and descriptions must be original, non-professional, must not have been previously published or won any previous award, and must not contain any material that is obscene, defamatory, objectionable, illegal or otherwise inappropriate, or that would infringe upon third party rights if used in advertising. Photo(s) may be taken by any type of camera, but must be submitted digitally in either JPEG or PNG format with a minimum resolution of 600X800 pixels and a maximum size per photo of 2 megabytes.

Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period on or about December 1, 2014.
Two (2) Grand Prizes: $25,000 suggested to be used towards a Bathroom Makeover.
Eight (8) First Prizes: A Trip to the winner’s choice of a stock car race during the 2015 Race Season. Specific stock car race is subject to availability of tickets. Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and a Guest between Airport closest to selected race and major airport in U.S. nearest winner’s home, 3-days/2-nights double occupancy hotel accommodations, rental car, Race Tickets and Race Day Activities for Winner and Guest and hotel room taxes. If winner lives within 250 miles of selected race, ground transportation may be substituted in lieu of air travel.
