Taylor Swift West (“Prize 1”): Prize 1 is a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for up to two (2) people (e.g.,
Sweepstakes Winner and one (1) guest) (“Pair 1”), to Los Angeles, CA (“City 1”), to attend a Taylor Swift
concert at the SoFi Stadium (“Event 1”), consisting of the following elements: [a] room accommodations
consisting of one (1) standard room(s) (with a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons per room) for two
(2) night(s) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Hotel 1”); [b] up to two (2) tickets to
Event 1; [c]; if the respective Sweepstakes Winner resides more than two-hundred fifty (250) miles from
City 1: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Pair 1 between a major U.S. gateway airport near the
respective Sweepstakes Winner’s residence and a Los Angeles area airport (“Destination 1”) as selected
by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (ii) round-trip car service transfers for Pair 1 between Destination 1 and
Hotel 1. The foregoing air travel and ground transportation shall be collectively referred to herein as
“Trip 1.” Approximate retail values (“ARV”) of Prize 1: $2,000
Taylor Swift East (“Prize 2”): Prize 2 is a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for up to two (2) people (e.g.,
Sweepstakes Winner and one (1) guest) (“Pair 2”), to Foxborough, MA (“City 2”), to attend a Taylor Swift
concert at the Gilette Stadium (“Event 2”), consisting of the following elements): [a] room
accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room(s) (with a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons
per room) for two (2) night(s) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Hotel 2”); [b] up to
two (2) tickets to Event 2; [c]; if the respective Sweepstakes Winner resides more than two-hundred
fifty (250) miles from City 2: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Pair 2 between a major U.S.
gateway airport near the respective Sweepstakes Winner’s residence and a Foxborough area airport
(“Destination 2”) as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, (ii) round-trip car service transfers for Pair
2 between Destination 2 and Hotel 2. The foregoing air travel and ground transportation shall be
collectively referred to herein as “Trip 2.” ARV of Prize 2: $2,000.
