Prize: (1 winner) 3-day/2-night trip for four people to attend the Concert for Hope in Universal City, California. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for four people from the major airport nearest the winner’s home (based on the Sponsor’s selection) to the major airport nearest Los Angeles, CA, two nights hotel accommodations (one room/quad occupancy), four (4) tickets to the Concert for Hope (seats selected by Sponsor), a meet and greet for four people with various Concert talent, $500 spending money, and airport transfers (Approximate Retail Value: $4,950.00). Travel will take place between September 13 and 15, 2008. Winner and all guests must travel out of the same airport and on the same itinerary. Minor(s) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If the winner is unavailable for travel on the designated dates, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion. Certain travel restrictions, space availability, and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if the winner resides less than one hundred (100) miles from the prize destination. Meals and beverages, telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. If, for any reason, the Concert and/or the Visit are postponed or canceled, the Sweeptakes Entities shall have no further responsibility for that portion of the prize, and the prize will be awarded without the Concert tickets and/or Visit on the same itinerary. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any portion of this prize, including travel dates and destination, for a prize of equal or greater value. No transfer, assignment, change of the prize, or cash substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, the Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner, in its sole discretion. Unclaimed prize(s) will not be awarded.
