Prize Awards: The following prize awards will be available to eligible contestants participating in the Contest:

1st Place Overall Prize – Points (“Bracket Winner”): The eligible contestant who scores the most points in the bracket challenge will be eligible to claim the 1st Place Bracket Champion Prize subject to verification of compliance with these official rules. The 1st Place prize is: a $5,000 Shopping Spree to Nebraska Crossing (the “Prize”), made payable as a $5,000 credit in each winner’s NEX App Wallet. Confirmed winners will be required to download the NEX App (https://getnexapp.com) to receive the Prize. If you do not have the NEX application, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device. The NEX application is free, and Sponsors Terms of Use apply. Prize is subject to terms and conditions of Sponsor policies.

A maximum of one (1) 1st Place Bracket Champion prize will be awarded. In the event of multiple contestants tied for the most points, then the tie breaking procedures (see above) will apply for determining the 1st Place Bracket Champion winner. Winner must accept delivery of prize as specified by Sponsor. Prize does not include any other costs or associated expenses.

2nd Place Overall Prize – 2nd Most Points: The eligible contestant who scores the 2nd most points in the bracket challenge will be eligible to claim the 2nd Place Prize subject to verification of compliance with these official rules. The 2nd Place prize is: a $2,500 Shopping Spree to Nebraska Crossing (the “Prize”), made payable as a $2,500 credit in each winner’s NEX App Wallet. 4th – 25th Place Overall Prize – Bonus Prize: The eligible contestants who score the 4th – 25th most points in the bracket challenge will be eligible to claim the Bonus Prize subject to verification of compliance with these official rules. The Bonus Prize is: a $100 Shopping Spree to Nebraska Crossing (the “Prize”), made payable as a $100 credit in each winner’s NEX App Wallet. Confirmed winners will be required to download the NEX App (https://getnexapp.com) to receive the Prize. A maximum of (22) Bonus Prizes will be awarded. In the event of multiple contestants tied for the 4th – 25th most scored points, then the tie breaking procedures (see above) will apply for determining the 4th – 25th place winners. Winner must accept delivery of prize as specified by Sponsor. Prize does not include any other costs or associated expenses.

All prize awards are non-cumulative. Maximum of one prize award per participating contestant. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the winner’s sole responsibility. All prize awards are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Maximum retail value of all available prizes: $10,700 Cash.
