FIRST PRIZE/ FIRST PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) first prize of a “2010 Macy’s Day Parade Prize Package” will be awarded consisting of a three (3) day/ two (2) night trip to New York City, NY for First Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”) (the “First Prize”). The First Prize will include; [a] two (2) round trip coach class Travel Authorization Certificates (each a “Travel Certificate”, subject to the American Airlines Travel Certificate Terms listed below ) on American Airlines or its Airline Associates (American Eagle, Executive Airlines or the AmericanConnection® carrier) from any city served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States to New York, NY; [b] two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor/Prize Provider in their sole discretion (standard room, double occupancy); [c] two (2) Bleacher seats at the Macy’s Day Parade held on Thursday, November 25, 2010*; and [d] one (1) two hundred and fifty dollar ($250) gift card (brand of gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Total estimated retail value (the “ERV”) of the First Prize is two thousand, two hundred dollars ($2,200).

*First Prize Winner (and Travel Companion) must travel between the dates of November 24, 2010 and November 26, 2010 in accordance with the confirmed date of the 2010 Macy’s Day Parade to be held on November 25, 2010.

SECOND PRIZE/ SECOND PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) second prize of a “Universal Studios Orlando Prize Package” will be awarded consisting of a three (3) day/ two (2) night trip to Orlando, FL for Second Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”) (the “Second Prize”). The Second Prize will include; [a] two (2) round trip coach class Travel Certificates (subject to the American Airlines Travel Certificate Terms and Conditions listed below) on American Airlines or its Airline Associates from any city served by American Airlines or its Airline Associates in the forty eight (48) contiguous United States to Orlando, FL; [b] two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel to be determined by the Sponsor/Prize Provider in their sole discretion (standard room, double occupancy); [c] two (2) 1-Day, 2-Park Universal Orlando tickets; Universal Studios Orlando tickets may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by Second Prize Winner and are valid through December 31, 2011; [d] two (2) The Universal Express Plus passes (Front Of Line entitlement); Universal Express Plus passes may not be sold, exchanged or otherwise transferred by Second Prize Winner and are valid through December 31, 2011; and [e] one (1), one hundred dollar ($250) gift card (brand of gift card to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). Total ERV of the Second Prize is two thousand, four hundred and thirteen dollars and ninety eight cents ($2,413.98).

THIRD PRIZE/ THIRD PRIZE DETAILS: One (1) third prize of a “The Office Prize Package” will be awarded (the “Third Prize”). The Third Prize will include; [a] one (1) “The Office” Monopoly Game, autographed by cast members; [b] one (1) “The Office” Dwight Bobble Head, autographed by Rainn Wilson; [c] one (1) “The Office” Season one (1) DVD; [d] one (1) “The Office” DVD Board Game; [e] one (1) “The Office” Dwight’s Corporate Ladder Poster; [f] one (1) “The Office” Big Tuna T-Shirt; [g] one (1) “The Office” Jim & Pam & Dwight & Michael T-Shirt; [h] one (1) “The Office” Magnetic Dry Erase Board; [i] one (1) Dunder Mifflin iPhone Cover; [j] one (1) “The Office” Mechanical Pencil; [k] one (1) “The Office” Sticky Flag; [l] one (1) “The Office” The Office Magnetic List Pad. Total ERV of the Third Prize is two hundred dollars ($200).

The total ERV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is four thousand eight hundred and thirteen dollars and ninety-eight cents ($4,813.98).
