Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to New York City, NY. Grand Prize Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation between major airport nearest Winner’s home and New York City, NY for Winner and Guest, 2-nights double occupancy hotel accommodations at a hotel designated by Sponsor (standard room and tax only), one consultation with Darcy Miller at the Martha Stewart Living offices, one consultation with a J. Crew Bridal Expert at a J. Crew Bridal Store designated by Promotional Partner, ground transportation between airport and hotel and between hotel and Martha Stewart Living offices and J. Crew Bridal Store and a $2,500 J. Crew gift card (subject to the terms and conditions on the gift card). The total approximate value of Grand Prize will not exceed $5,000. Any difference between stated approximate value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prizes. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of prize permitted. In the event a prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. In the event the Winner resides within a 180 mile radius of New York City, NY, the air transportation portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and Sponsor will provide ground transportation between the Winner’s home and New York City, NY. Sponsor will not reimburse Winner for any difference between the cost of ground transportation and the cost of air transportation. Winner will be solely responsible for all expenses and costs not expressly listed above including, but not limited to, any and all ground transportation between Winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in New York City, NY not stated herein, meals, telephone calls, gratuities, baggage fees and personal incidentals. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card at the time of hotel registration and will be solely responsible for any and all incidentals charged to the hotel room upon hotel check-out. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents prior to departure. Grand Prize Trip must be completed by June 30, 2011. If the Guest is deemed a minor under the jurisdiction of his/her state of residence, Guest must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No additional travel expenses or any other aspects of the Grand Prize will be awarded should Guest’s parent or legal guardian be required to accompany Guest. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If either Winner or Guest becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Sweepstakes prize package due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of: (1) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the prize award or any part thereof; (2) extending the period during which such prize may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of Winner’s or Guest’s disability or illness. Winner or Guest must prove such disability by a doctor’s certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Winner at Winner’s expense. In the event, for whatever reason, the consultation with Darcy Miller or a J. Crew Bridal expert is not available at the time of the Grand Prize Winner’s travel, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and no compensation or substitution will be provided to Winner. Grand Prize Trip is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security as required.
