KERRYGOLD CLASSIC CHEESE RECIPE CONTEST

To enter, complete the online entry form found at www.foodandwine.com/kerrygold including typing (where indicated) your original recipe that uses at least one (1) KerrygoldTM cheese product and at least one (1) KerrygoldTM butter product (‘Recipe”) and submit entry form (collectively “Entry(ies)”).

 All Entries must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/5/12 and 11:59 PM ET on 11/30/12 (the “Contest Entry Period”).

 You may submit more than one Entry during the Contest Entry Period, but each Entry must be submitted separately. Entries containing more than one Recipe will not be considered and will be disqualified.

Entry: Your Entry must comply with the following and by entering you represent and warrant and agree that: the Recipe is created by you alone; it is not copied from any other material; you own all right, title and interest in and to the Recipe to enable you to grant the rights granted herein; and the Recipe does not infringe upon the rights of any third party; the Recipe does not contain any brand name products except for the required use of at least one (1) KerrygoldTM cheese product and at least one (1) KerrygoldTM butter product.
 the Recipe has not been previously published or submitted in any other contest or ompetitions and/or to any media, including, without limitation, any books or magazines. You will hold harmless the Contest Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, from any claim by any third party relating to any rights in the Entry including the Recipe.

There are two (2) Rounds of Judging in this Contest.
Round 1: The judging panel will select five (5) Recipes from all eligible Entries received based on the following weighted judging criteria: (1) potential of Recipe to produce good taste (40%), (ii) originality of Recipe (35%), and (iii) clarity of Recipe instructions (25%). The top five (5) scoring Entries in Round 1 will advance to Round 2 as Finalist Entries (“Finalist”). Sponsor and judging panel reserve the right to advance fewer than five (5) entries to Round 2 in its sole discretion.
Round 2: The Finalist Recipes will be kitchen-tested and tasted by the judging panel and scored based on the judging panel following weighted judging criteria: (1) taste of tested Recipe (40%), (ii) originality of Recipe (35%), and (iii) clarity of Recipe instructions (25%). The Finalist Recipe that receives the highest score in Round 2 shall be determined the winner (subject to verification).
