Grand Prize:

One(1) grand prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The grand-prize winner will be notified and announced at the Award Event mentioned above. The grand prize consists of the following:

A) Grand-prize winner’s choice of one (1) of the following used and modified vehicles (the grand-prize vehicle selected by the grand-prize winner is referred to herein as the “Prize Vehicle”):

i)A 2015 Ford F-150 XLT with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $45,000.00 (“Vehicle1”). Vehicle1modifications will include aftermarket parts selected from the following list: exhaust, suspension, tonneau, bumpers, auxiliary lighting, step bars, brakes, wheel and tires, interior accessories, drive train enhancements and custom graphics, or;

ii) A 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with an ARV of $40,000.00(“Vehicle2”). Vehicle2modifications will include aftermarket parts selected from the following list: exhaust, suspension, tonneau, bumpers, auxiliary lighting, step bars, brakes, wheel and tires, interior accessories, drive train enhancements and custom graphics.

B) The grand-prize winner can choose one (1) of the following options for delivery of the Prize Vehicle to the grand-prize winner’s residence in one of the 50 U.S. or DC (no other delivery option will be available):

i) Via open transport (subject to the delivery schedule of the applicable transport company). As an example: open transportation costs to ship Prize Vehicle cross country is approximately $2,500 (actual open transportation cost may be more or less depending on the applicable end destination), or;

ii) A stipend of $0.50 per mile (“Driving allowance”) for the grand-prize winner to drive the Prize Vehicle home to his/her U.S. residence (the Driving Allowance will be an approximate mileage calculation, calculated from the outskirts of Las Vegas, NV to the outskirts of the grand-prize winner’s home town/city).

C) Coach class return airfare for the Potential Winner only to fly to and from Las Vegas, NV from a major gateway airport closest to the Potential Winner’s residence in the 50 U.S. or D.C. (airfare will not be awarded if Potential Winner resides within 300 miles of Las Vegas, NV);

D) Two-night’s lodging, single occupancy (ARV: $150), and;

E) $200 spending cash.

All details regarding the grand prize (including, but not limited to airline(s), flights, seats, room(s) and transportation company for Prize Vehicle delivery will be determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and may be changed at any time.

The total maximum ARV of the grand prize is $48,250.00.

Second Prizes:

Two (2) second prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each second-prize winner will be notified and announced at the Award Event mentioned above. Each second prize consists of the following:

A) Coach class return airfare for a Potential Winner only to fly to and from Las Vegas, NV from a major gateway airport closest to the Potential Winner’s residence in the 50 U.S. or D.C. (airfare will not be awarded if Potential Winner resides within 300 miles of Las Vegas, NV);

B) Two-night’s lodging, single occupancy (ARV: $150 per winner);

C) $200 spending cash, and;

D) A JC Whitney Gift Certificate in the amount of $2,000.00, good for merchandise only – no cash value.

All details regarding each second prize (including, but not limited to airline(s), flights, seats, room(s) and JC Whitney merchandise credit will be determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and may be changed at any time.

The total maximum ARV of each second prize is $2,750. Actual second-prize ARV will vary depending on fares/rates when booked and distance traveled.

Total Value of All Prizes and Odds: The total cumulative ARV of the all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $53,750.00.
