PRIZE: Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a trip for him/herself and three (3) guests (Grand Prize Winner’s guests must comprise the parent or legal guardian of the Grand Prize Winner if Grand Prize Winner is a minor) (collectively, “Guests”) to Los Angeles, CA (the “Trip Package”). Trip Package consists of: (i) round-trip air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and Guests from the major U.S. airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA; (ii) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests from Los Angeles airport to hotel; (iii) three (3) consecutive nights standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (double room, quad. occupancy); (iv) tickets and round-trip ground transportation (from the hotel) to the Teen Choice 2010 award show for Grand Prize Winner and Guests on August 8, 2010. The Grand Prize winner will also be awarded two (2) Flip cameras. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $8,100.
