Prize: (1 winner) Two tickets to a fashion show selected by the Sponsor, round trip economy air transportation to New York, NY for winner and one guest, and two nights double occupancy standard hotel accommodations. Grand Prize does not include ground transportation, meals, hotel incidentals, gratuities, service charges or any other expenses not specified herein, all of which are the responsibility of the winner. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Winner and guest must travel together on dates specified by the Sponsor (tentatively scheduled for September 2009 but subject to change) or forfeit all rights to prize. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent of choice. Advance booking, blackout dates, availability and other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancellation due to labor strike, industry conditions, commercial viability, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., photo ID) prior to travel. Guest must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to travel, except where prohibited. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor. Event tickets are not for sale or transfer and must be used on the date(s) specified by the Sponsor. If the Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred prior to winner clearance, or if winner cannot travel to Event for any reason whatsoever, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to any winner other than to supply a trip to New York, NY, minus the Event portion of the prize. Should this be the case, the prize must be taken within twelve (12) months from notification date
