Two Grand Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”): Each Grand Prize winner will win a trip to Vaughn Gittin Jr.’s Formula
Drift Race at Dallas Motor Speedway in Dallas, TX to be an honorary member of his crew (“Event”) and the opportunity to join
Vaughn Gittin on a ride along in his car. The Event is tentatively scheduled on Sept. 11-14, 2014, but subject to change. In
the eventuality Vaughn Gittin is not available to go on a ride with a Grand Prize winner, the Sponsor’s sole responsibility
will be to award the remaining elements of the Grand Prize minus the ride along portion of prize. Each Grand Prize
consists of: a) up to $1,500 credit to be used for travel and lodging expenses for winner to attend the Event. Winner will be
required to arrange his/her transportation and lodging, and coordinate with the Sponsor’s agent to schedule the trip; b)
a $600 VISA gift card to use as spending money; and c) a ticket to Vaughn Gittin Jr.’s race. ARV of each Grand Prize: up to $2,239.
Actual ARV depends on the winner’s point of departure and fares at time of booking. If actual prize value turns out to be less
than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Blackout dates, advance booking and restrictions may apply. Winner
must follow all instructions and/or security procedures imposed by the Sponsor, and/or Event personnel. Travel must be
redeemed by September 10, 2014 and/or on dates specified by the Sponsor. Winners are responsible for carrying proper
legal identification during travel. If a Grand Prize winner cannot travel or attend the Event after all travel arrangements have
been made, then the Sponsor will have no further obligation to the Grand Prize winner.
Two Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive an E10 Drift Vaughn Gittin Jr. Monster Energy Nitto Tire Ford
Mustang RTR (ARV: $249 each). Total ARV for all prizes: $4,976.
