PRIZE/PRIZE CONDITIONS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City, NY consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation to New York City from the major U.S. gateway airport closest to winner’s home address; (ii) hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for four (4) days/three (3) nights; (iii) round-trip ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel in New York City; (iv) admission to pre-selected events at the 2011 NYC Wine and Food Festival; and (v) $500 spending money (for winner only) awarded in the form of a check. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this Grand Prize is $5,185.00. Actual value may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded.
