There are three (3) ways to enter: via Instagram, bottle scanning, or the Internet.

(a) Instagram: During the Sweepstakes entry period (as defined in Section 1), access the Instagram application on your mobile device and upload a photo of your Moonlit Celebration with the hashtag #LunaRising. If you do not have the Instagram application, you may download it through the app store on your mobile device. The application is free. Instagram’s Terms of Use apply, which can be found at http://instagram.com/legal/terms/. During the Sweepstakes Period, photos can be viewed at #LunaRising. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each unique photograph posted. You may enter as often as you wish, but each photograph posted must be unique. Photos that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, does not consider to be sufficiently different from other photos posted by the same entrant will not be considered to be valid entries.

If you enter the Sweepstakes using a mobile device on a wireless service provider’s network (as opposed to a Wi-Fi network), your carrier’s text and data rates apply. You should consult your wireless service provider’s pricing plan for details. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your wireless carrier.

(b) Bottle Scanning: Scan the back label on any specially marked Dos Equis bottle. Enter the code online at www.DosEquis.com/LunaRising. Each unique bottle code counts as an entry into the Sweepstakes. You must fully complete the registration, including your first and last name, valid email address, daytime telephone number, including area code, date of birth, and state of residence.

(c) Internet Entry: To submit an Internet entry for free, visit www.Dosequis.com/LunaRising, upload your photograph, and follow the on-screen entry instructions. You must fully complete the registration, including your first and last name, date of birth, street address (no P.O. Boxes, except in the state of Washington), city, state, zip code, and daytime telephone number, including area code. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet service provider will apply.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of date of entry.

Drawing Dates Prizes Awarded at Full Moon

7/2/15 (Full Moon) Five (5) grand prizes will be awarded—one (1) grand prize for each prize pool described above.

Ten (10) secondary prizes will be awarded—two (2) secondary prizes for each prize pool described above.

7/31/15 (Full Moon) Three (3) grand prizes will be awarded—potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received from residents of all states and the District of Columbia.

Ten (10) secondary prizes will be awarded—potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received from residents of all states and the District of Columbia.

8/29/15 (Full Moon) Ten (10) secondary prizes will be awarded—potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received from residents of all states and the District of Columbia.

9/28/15 (Full Moon) Ten (10) secondary prizes will be awarded—potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received from residents of all states and the District of Columbia.

10/27/15 (Full Moon) Ten (10) secondary prizes will be awarded—potential winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received from residents of all states and the District of Columbia.

PRIZES:

No part of any prize includes any alcoholic beverages. Prizes are awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions of prizes by winners are allowed, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

Grand Prizes: A total of eight (8) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize consists of round-trip coach airfare for two (2) to San Diego, CA, arriving on 8/28/15 and departing on 8/30/15 and hotel accommodations for two (2)—one (1) room, double occupancy—for two (2) nights. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each grand prize: $2,500. ARV of all grand prizes: $20,000.

Secondary Prizes: A total of fifty (50) secondary prizes will be awarded. Each secondary prize consists of a party kit containing one (1) fire pit, ten (10) neon glow bracelets, one (1) bottle opener, ten (10) sets of temporary tattoos, five (5) can koozies, and one (1) Chinese lantern. ARV of each party kit: $157. ARV of all party kits: $7,850.

Total ARV of all prizes; $27,850.

There are multiple drawing dates. Refer to Section 6 below for specific details.

Entrants will be divided into separate prize pools as set forth below.

(a) Prize Pool 1 will consist of all valid entries received from residents of the states of CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, and VT.

(b) Prize Pool 2 will consist of all valid entries received from residents of the states of AL, DE, DC, FL, GA, MD, NC, SC, VA, and WV.

(c) Prize Pool 3 will consist of all valid entries received from residents of the states of AR, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, ND, OH, OK, SD, TN, and WI.

(d) Prize Pool 4 will consists of all valid entries received from residents of the states of AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY.

(e) Prize Pool 5 consists of all valid entries received from residents of the state of TX.
