RECIPE ENTRY GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS: Each Recipe Entry:
  Must be in English;
  Must not exceed 500 characters;
  Must complete the following fields when entering the Recipe: Recipe Title, Recipe
 Ingredients, and Method of Preparation;
  Must contain at least one (1) DOLE® Packaged Product including, but not limited to,
 DOLE® Fresh pineapples, bananas and strawberries;
  Must not contain more than seven (7) additional ingredients (herbs/spices, water and oil
 or butter used for cooking, and cooking spray do not count as an ingredient) (The
 ingredient count is one DOLE® product, set forth above, plus up to 7 ingredients, which
 additional ingredient may or may not be DOLE® products);
  Must be prepared on a gas grill (partially or entirely);
  Must not have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind and has not been
 exhibited or distributed previously in any media;
  Must be the original work of the Contestant;
  Must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not
 limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, including copyright
 infringement;
  Must not disparage Sponsor, Administrator, or any other person or party affiliated with
 the promotion and administration of this Promotion;
  Must not in any way contain any brand names or trademarks other than Sponsor;
  Must not include personally-identifiable information;
  Must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, lewd, pornographic, obscene,
 hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
  Must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any
 group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion,
 nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
  Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or
 regulations in any jurisdiction where the Entry is created.

 There is a maximum of one (1) Recipe Entry per eligible Contestant per calendar day allowed during the entire Contest Period.

 FINALIST CONTEST PRIZES (3): The three (3) Finalists will win a trip to attend and
 participate in the “California Cook-Off” at “The Grove” in, Los Angeles, California on June 24, 2012. Each Finalist will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Los Angeles, California leaving on June 23, 2012 and returning on June 26, 2012 (the “Finalist Trip”). The Finalist Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for the Finalist from gateway airport closest to Finalist’s home (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California; four (4) days/three (3) nights hotel accommodations (single room) hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion; and a rental car (if a Finalist is a licensed driver, at least 25 years old). If the Finalist(s) does not qualify for a rental car, then other means of ground transportation may be arranged by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. In addition, each Finalist will receive $500 to be used
 for meals and other Trip related expenses.
 The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Finalist Trip is USD $3,200.00

 CONTEST GRAND PRIZE. The Contest Grand Prize is a check in the amount of USD
 $10,000.00 made payable to the California Cook-Off Winner/Contest Grand Prize Winner.

 CONTEST RUNNER UP PRIZES. The Contest Runner Up Prize is a check in the
 amount of USD $1,000.00 each made payable to the Contest Finalists who did not win the Grand Prize. The

 total ARV of the Contest Second Prize and Contest Third Prize is USD $2,000.00.

 ARV OF ALL CONTEST PRIZES: USD $21,600.00
