who are employed, during the Term of the Sweepstakes and when prize is awarded, at accredited public, private or parochial schools in the United States that are organized and primarily operated for educational purposes, containing any class with students from Grade 5 through Grade 12, and being considered tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code or being registered as a public school with the National Center for Educational Statistics.
one (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize will consist of an opportunity to participate in a Discovery Student Adventures “Teachers Only” Professional Development trip to Costa Rica valued at a approximately $3,000. The prize trip will consist of round trip coach air travel from the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence, accommodations for 5 days/4 nights, ground transportation in Costa Rica, activities selected by Sponsor, and all meals. All other expenses are the winner’s sole responsibility. Trip must be taken at time designated by Sponsor in February 2012, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Actual value of trip will be determined by winner’s residence and seasonal rates.
