PRIZES
Grand Prize Winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to Atlanta, Georgia for two (2) people, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Two Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Dollars ($2,580.00). The Grand Prize includes the following: (a) round trip first class (subject to availability) airfare from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an Atlanta, Georgia area airport; (b) round trip airport transfers between the airport and hotel; (c) double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) people (one room) at an Atlanta area hotel for two (2) nights; (d) Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($350.00) spending money (for Grand Prize Winner only); (e) the opportunity to meet Elizabeth Cohen (all based on scheduling and availability of talent); and (f) two (2) autographed copies of Elizabeth Cohen’s book “The Empowered Patient.” Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations.
