located and reside in the United States (excluding residents of Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, the US Territories and Possessions), District of Columbia and Canada (excluding residents of the province of Quebec); (ii) 18 years of age or older for United States residents or of the age of majority or older in the province or territory of residence for residents of Canada.

Prizes to be Awarded: Two (2) entrants will be selected at random by each Dealer. Each selected entrant will then be asked a trivia question, as stated below, which upon answering correctly, will be deemed a winner (each referred to herein as “Winner” or collectively as “Winners”). Each Winner will receive Two (2) tickets to the 2011 CONEXPO-CON/AGG. Trade Show (travel and accommodations included), on the week of March 22 to be determined
by the individual participating Dealer respectively; each Winner will also receive admittance for two (2) to the V.I.P. meet and greet with Mike Rowe sponsored by Caterpillar. Total Winner’s Package Value $2,000.00.
