Boost Mobile’s “Vegas Hangover Weekend” Sweepstakes

PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a 3 day/2 night trip for winner and three (3) guests to Las Vegas, NV. Each Grand Prize includes: round trip coach air travel for winner and three (3) guests to Las Vegas from the major gateway airport closest to winner’s residence (as determined solely by Boost); double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights; ground transportation to/from hotel via limousine; one (1) digital camera; a grand total of $1,000 in spa services; a grand total of $1,000 in casino chips; four (4) Boost i856 Debut phones; four (4) $100 Re-Boost cards; select meals and activities determined solely by Boost; and a grand total of $3,000 spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Boost in potential winners’ notification letters, or trip will be forfeited in its entirety. Travel dates are currently anticipated to take place in March 2010, but are subject to change. Expenses not specified, including but not limited to transportation to/from winner’s home airport, will be winner’s responsibility. Air carrier, hotel, and providers of other prize elements will be selected by Boost in its sole discretion. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $13,770. Actual value may vary based on fare fluctuations and point of departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Each Grand Prize winner must travel on the same itinerary as his/her guests. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guests will be responsible for all necessary travel authorizations and for any travel insurance. Each Grand Prize winner or one of his/her guests must provide hotel with a major credit card issued in one of their names to cover room security and incidental expenses. All guests must be 21 years of age or older, and must complete a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If during the prize trip a Grand Prize winner or guest engages in activity or behavior that is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person (as determined by Boost or its designee in their sole discretion), such parties reserve the right to terminate the winner/guest’s participation in the trip, with no further compensation. If a Grand Prize winner lives within 200 miles of Las Vegas, NV (as determined by Boost), Boost reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare at its sole discretion, and any difference in value will not be awarded.

Five (5) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) 32″ HD Flatâ€�Screen Television, one (1) Bluâ€�Ray HD Disc Player, and one (1) Bluâ€�Ray HD DVD of ‘The Hangover’. Brands and models of prize elements will be selected by Boost in its sole discretion, and may differ from those shown in Sweepstakes advertising. First Prize ARV $868 each.

Five (5) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Boost Mobile i856 Debut phone and $150 in Re-boost Cards. Second Prize ARV $319 each.
