PRIZES: One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from among the total online entry forms. The Grand prize consists of: one (1) “Sparkle Spa & Screening” party to include a spa visit and private screening of Sparkle for grand prize winner and ten (10) guests. Prize includes one spa service for eleven (11) guests to include one of the following: massage, facial, or manicure/pedicure or facial service (including gratuities at in-market local (to be determined solely by Sponsor).

Eleven (11) tickets to local in-market movie theater for a private screening of “Sparkle”; Eleven (11) Black Opal Cosmetics & Skincare gift bags. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,000.00

Twenty-five (25) second prizes will be randomly selected from among the total online entry forms. The twenty-five (25) second prizes will each consist of: a movie pass that admits two (2) guests to a screening of Sparkle and a Black Opal cosmetic and skincare gift bag. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Second Prize: $60.00
