4. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) three day/two night trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or over) to the 2012 BCS Championship Game (the “Game”) in New Orleans, Louisiana (currently anticipated to take place on January 9, 2012), at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000). The trip will include the following: (a) round-trip coach-class airline tickets from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a New Orleans, Louisiana-area airport for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest. If Grand Prize Winner resides within 100 miles of New Orleans, Louisiana, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value; (b) one (1) room, double occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (at a hotel determined by Sponsors) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest for two (2) nights (one room; double occupancy); (c) two (2) tickets to the Game; and (d) round-trip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the airport and the hotel, and between the hotel and the Game; and (d) a meet-and-greet opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest with Dan Patrick (subject to the availability of Dan Patrick) and a former Heisman Trophy winner (subject to availability). All trip/travel arrangements are determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Trip must be completed by January 9, 2012.
