PRIZES/ODDS: ONE HUNDRED (100) INSTANT WIN PRIZES will be awarded: An AT&T Mobile Phone. (Approximate Retail Value: $100 each). The particular phone awarded will be determined solely by Sponsor. Wireless service not included. ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded: A trip for two (2) to the American Idol Finale in Los Angeles, CA on May 25-26, 2011. Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between major airport in U.S. nearest winner’s residence and Los Angeles, CA; hotel accommodations (one room-double occupancy) for 4 days/3 nights; ground transfers; two (2) tickets to the American Idol Finale; and the opportunity to participate in “Event” for a chance to win the $10,000,000 prize. The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be given the opportunity to win $10,000,000 by successfully selecting the three (3) phones containing the text graphics “A”, “T” and “T”, as described above in Rule 2. If the Grand Prize Winner correctly selects all three (3) phones with the text graphics “A”, “T” and “T”, as described above in Rule 2, he/she will be awarded $10,000,000 in the form of an annuity over 40 years.
