Grand Prize: (4 winners) 4-Day/3-Night Special Preview Cruise aboard the Disney Dream Ship for four persons, from 1/23/11 to 1/26/11, to The Bahamas including Nassau and Castaway Cay, consisting of accommodations in a Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah (Category 5A-5E), quad-occupancy; Round-trip coach airfare between the United States gateway airport nearest to the Sweepstakes Winner’s home and Orlando International Airport; Round trip ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and Port Canaveral; and all meals onboard the Disney Dream Ship. If a Sweepstakes Winner resides within a 200 radius of Orlando, Florida, the Sweepstakes Winner will receive $200 in lieu of the round-trip airfare and ground transportation portions of the Sweepstakes Prize. All expenses not specified above, including alcoholic beverages, Palo or Remy service charges, shore excursions, travel insurance, laundry service, spa treatments, local and long distance telephone calls, ship to shore communications including internet, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental and personal expenses, tips and gratuities, transportation between a Sweepstakes Winner’s home and gateway airport are not included and are solely the responsibility of each Sweepstakes Winner. Sponsor has no responsibility for a Sweepstakes Winner’s, or his/her guest’s, inability or failure to accept or utilize the Sweepstakes Prize, or any portion thereof, as described herein. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Sweepstakes Prize, depending on city of origin: $5,748.77. If the actual retail value of a Sweepstakes Prize is less than the stated ARV, the Sweepstakes Winners will not receive the difference in value. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of each Sweepstakes Winner. All accommodations and reservations for each Sweepstakes Prize will be as arranged by Sponsor. Other trip restrictions may apply. Each Sweepstakes Winner and his/ her guests must possess required travel documents and must all travel together on the same itinerary. Sponsor has no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated tickets and/or travel documents, baggage, flight delays, or any other occurrences beyond its control. The Sweepstakes Winner’s guest may not be a minor in his/her state of residence unless: (A) the Sweepstakes Winner is the guest’s parent, legal guardian or spouse; or (B) the Sweepstakes Winner’s minor guest is accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom as a guest of the Sweepstakes Winner. The parent or legal guardian of any minor guest not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over the minor, and to contract on his/her behalf in connection with the Sweepstakes Prize. An appointment form will be provided and must be signed by the parent or legal guardian and provided to Sponsor prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal. Sponsor reserves the right to require a potential Sweepstakes Winner and/or his/her guests to submit to a confidential background check as a condition of awarding the Sweepstakes Prize. Each potential Sweepstakes Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including providing his/her Social Security Number for tax purposes). Each potential Sweepstake Winner and his or her guests will be required to sign and return a Publicity/Liability Release and such other documents as may be reasonably requested by Sponsor by the return date specified in the prize notification letter, or s/he will forfeit the Sweepstakes Prize. Each Sweepstakes Winner will be issued a Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service, for the actual retail value of the Sweepstakes Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and randomly select an alternate potential Sweepstakes Winner in the event that: (A) a potential Sweepstakes Winner is unreachable; (B) the Sweepstakes Prize notification email or letter is returned as undeliverable or is not responded to; (C) the failure to execute and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including, without limitation, providing his/her respective Social Security Number for tax purposes) or a Publicity/Liability Release by the specified return date, regardless of the cause of such failure; (D) a potential Sweepstakes Winner declines acceptance of the Sweepstakes Prize; (E) if the results of the confidential background check are determined by Sponsor or its representative to be unsatisfactory; or (F) if in Sponsor’s determination, a potential Sweepstakes Winner has not complied with these Official Rules. Entrants should regularly check their spam filters to ensure they do not contain any Sweepstakes notification emails. Sweepstakes Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Sweepstakes Prize or any portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value
