Prize. We will award one winner the Grand Prize which consists of:
1. A trip for the winner and his/her guest to Detroit, MI on or about August 7-9, 2015, to attend a Kid Rock concert at DTE Energy Music Theatre in Clarkston, MI on August 8, 2015. Trip has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $2,340.00 and consists of:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the winner and one guest departing from a major airport near the winner’s residence (within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia) and arriving at an airport in the Detroit area (the “Airport”);
• 2 nights standard hotel accommodations for the winner and his/her guest (single room, double occupancy) at a Detroit area hotel to be determined by Sponsor or Warner in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”);
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Airport and Hotel;
• Roundtrip ground transportation for the winner and his/her guest to/from Concert and Hotel; and
• Tickets for the winner and his/her guest to attend the Kid Rock concert in Clarkston, MI on August 8, 2015.

Total ARV of all prizes is $2,590.00. If the prize winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the Hotel, air transportation will not be provided and no ground transportation or additional compensation will be provided in lieu thereof.
