PRIZING (2). Two (2) grand prizes (each a “Grand Prize”, collectively the “Grand Prizes”) are available to
be awarded in this Sweepstakes. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip package (“Trip Package”) for each Grand Prize
winner (each a “GP Winner”, collectively the “GP Winners”) and up to three (3) guests (each, a “Guest”) to Los
Angeles, CA. All Guests must be at least six (6) years of age or older and any Guest who is considered a minor in
their state of residence must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Each Trip Package shall consist of
the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for GP Winner and up to three (3) Guests from the airport nearest the GP
Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Los Angeles, CA. GP Winners and Guests are solely responsible
for arranging for ground transportation to/from their residence(s) and airport; (ii) four (4) days/three (3) nights
standard hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choice (one [1] room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) roundtrip ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, to/from hotel and the Event (as defined below); and, (iv) four (4)
general admission tickets for GP Winner and Guests to the 2020 Kids’ Choice Awards live event scheduled to take
place on March 22, 2020 (the “Event”).
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $4,000.00; total ARV for all Grand Prizes is
$8,000.00
