Prize: (1 winner) 10-Day / 8-Night Italy Vesuvius Tour for the winner and one guest. Trip includes air transportation from International gateway airport nearest winner’s hometown to Naples, Italy with return air transportation from Rome, Italy. All air transportation is coach class airfare for both winner and guest. Hotel accommodations while in Italy: 2-nights in Naples, 3-nights in Florence, and 3-nights in Rome. All accommodations are standard single room/double occupancy. Winner may choose from a selection of set departure dates between November 4, 2011 and March 30, 2012. If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for: (1) all travel documents including, without limitation, a current, valid passport or other travel documents acceptable to the airlines, the destination countries, Transportation Security Administration, and the US Government, as they apply, (2) all medical requirements, and (3) respecting all local regulations. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. United States departure taxes and the optional travel insurance not included. The prize is subject to availability, blackout dates, advance reservations and other restrictions. No cash equivalent for the prize, prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.
