Participation open only to legal residents of the counties of Los Angeles, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, or Orange in the state of California, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Prize:

A) One (1) Grand Prize, consisting of the following:

• Four (4) tickets (“Tickets”) to the April 5, 2025 LA Clippers game at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California (the “Game”). Grand Prize Tickets are located courtside in Row C (ticket type, seat locations, and all other aspects of the Tickets are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Use of Tickets is subject to the terms & conditions available on the Tickets);

• Access to the U.S. Bank Lounge (the “Lounge”) for the four (4) Ticket holders (Lounge access is subject to all applicable terms and conditions and to information provided by onsite Lounge personnel);

• One (1) parking pass (parking pass is valid for April 5, 2025 and is subject to the terms and conditions on the parking pass); and

• One (1) LA Clippers gift bag including a $100 bank gift card intended to assist with onsite expenses (Gift bag contents and all other aspects of the gift bag contents are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. ARV of the Grand Prize: $6,470.

B) One (1) First Prize, consisting of the following:
