open to legal U.S. residents who reside in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable or Insight Communications and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI and 18 years of age or older.

Prizes:

One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA, to attend a VIP all-access event at the REVOLT TV studio on or around the date of its launch in January 2014 (“Event”). Trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA; standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy, room and tax only] for two (2) days and three (3) nights, transfers to and from airport/hotel in Los Angeles, and two (2) tickets to the Event (“Tickets”). The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000, depending on the winner’s residence.

Ten (10) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize winner will receive one (1) Sponsor-selected gift pack and a $25 Sponsor-selected gift card. The ARV of each First Prize is $75.
