Grand Prize terms and conditions include, but are not limited to: Grand Prize Vacation Package is for the Grand Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes and one (1) guest of the Grand Prize Winner’s choosing. Unless child of Grand Prize Winner, guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, at least one (1) guest must be Grand Prize Winner’s parent/legal guardian. Guest must execute and return to Sponsors a liability release and publicity release (where legal) prior to issuance of travel documents. Grand Prize Vacation Package must be redeemed by October 31, 2010, and booked at least sixty (60) days prior to travel or winner will forfeit prize. Dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Grand Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Grand Prize Vacation Package description above, including but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, tips, gratuities, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes and all other charges and items not otherwise described above are the responsibility solely of Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Vacation Package and its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the Grand Prize for one of comparable or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Sponsors shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of prize due to reasons beyond Sponsors’ control, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Travel may not be combined with any other offer. All travel will be at the risk of Grand Prize Winner and guest. If Grand Prize Winner chooses to travel with no guest, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall be awarded and shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsors’ prize obligation to the Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded.
