Prize: The Grand Prize shall consist of a three (3) lap ride along with Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Prize date, time and location are to be determined and are subject to change. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,554.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and travel expenses associated with prize receipt and/or use. If winner is not able to cover necessary travel expenses, or travel on the dates necessary to participate, they forfeit and an alternate winner will be selected.
