One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded (via the Final Prize Drawing), consisting of a trip for
two (2) people (winner and one (1) guest) to Las Vegas, Nevada. Trip includes round-trip coach class air
transportation for winner and one (1) guest from an airport nearest winner’s residence at the time of entry
to Las Vegas, NV, one (1) three (3) night stay in a double-occupancy Stay Well Resort room at Mandalay
Bay, two (2) tickets to the Michael Jackson ONE show at Mandalay Bay (concert seat type and location to
be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion), two (2) tickets to the Shark Reef Aquarium at
Mandalay Bay, one (1) $200.00 Uber gift card, a $1,000.00 pre-paid debit card (or multiple pre-paid debit
cards to total in aggregate $1,000.00), and a soft-sided cooler containing Pepsi® and Mtn Dew® products
(as selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). Travel must (a) occur over a weekend (a Thursday,
Friday and Saturday night stay or a Friday, Saturday and Sunday night stay); (b) be completed between
September 8, 2022 and December 26, 2022; and (c) must be booked by Sponsor’s designated travel agent
thirty (30) days prior to the requested originating travel date. The following blackout dates apply:
September 20, 2022, September 21, 2022, October 11, 2022, October 12, 2022, October 18, 2022, October
19, 2022, November 1, 2022, November 2, 2022, December 4, 2022, December 5, 2022, and December 6,
2022. Gift card and pre-paid debit card(s) are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. See below for
Grand Prize General Conditions and Sponsor’s COVID-19 Release and Waiver. Approximate Retail Value
(“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,644.00, depending on winner’s point of departure and destination airport.
Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded (1 per Entry Period for Entry Periods 1 though 7; and
3 for Entry Period 8), each consisting of two (2) tickets and one (1) parking pass to any 2022 event
(subject to availability) at the KIA Forum in Inglewood, California. Transportation, accommodations,
and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. If the event the
winner selected is postponed, rained out, canceled, or for other reasons beyond Sponsor’s control does not
occur, the Sponsor will not be responsible for replacing the prize. Tickets are subject to certain terms and
conditions specified thereon. Sponsor will not replace lost or stolen tickets. Seating assignments are at
Sponsor’s sole discretion. If travel delays prevent arrival in time for the event, the Sponsor shall not be
responsible for awarding any compensation in lieu thereof. Winner and guest must comply with all
applicable laws, and any rules and regulations established by the venue. If winner’s guest is a minor, the
minor guest must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, who must be the winner, for the
duration of the prize event. See below for Sponsor’s COVID-19 Release and Waiver. ARV of each First
Prize ranges between $30.00 and $300.00 based on the event selection and available seating assignments;
any pair of tickets exceeding a total retail value of $300.00 is not eligible as a First Prize.
Eight (8) Second Prizes will be awarded (1 per Entry Period), each consisting of a soft-sided
cooler containing Pepsi® products (as selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). ARV of each
Second Prize: $245.00.
Total ARV of all prizes is up to $8,604.00
