You will need to be a MyPanera member to enter. If you do not have account, you can create an account for free at: https://www.panerabread.com/content/panerabread_com/en-us/mypanera/sign-up-with-mypanera.html. You will also need an active Instagram, TikTok or Twitter account (“Account” or “Accounts”) to participate in the Sweepstakes. If you don’t already have an Account, visit https://www.instagram.com/m, www.twitter.com or https://www.tiktok.com/en to create an Account for free. Accounts must be set to public (not private). Follow the instructions below in Number 6. You cannot enter by Direct Message.
6. WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ENTER: During the Promotion Period:
a. On Instagram or Twitter: Show your love of Panera Mac & Cheese by submitting at least one (1) piece of user generated content that embodies your Mac & Cheese love (“UGC”) with the hashtags #12MonthsOfMac and #Sweepstakes and @panerabread (“Entry” or “Entries”). For Instagram, you can submit your Entries on Instagram Feed.
b. On TikTok: Using the TikTok Duets feature, you must clearly articulate the phrase “mac and cheese” at least an equal number or more times than the accompanying kick-off video on the Panera TikTok account using the hashtags #SayMacandCheese and #Sweepstakes and @panerabread (“Entry” or “Entries”).
7. PRIZE and WINNER SELECTION:
a. Each Winner will receive a one (1) year subscription for one (1) large order of Panera Mac & Cheese each day (“Prize”) commencing on August 15, 2021 through August 14, 2022 (“Prize Redemption Period”). The Prize will be issued as a daily MyPanera reward and will be loaded onto each Winner’s MyPanera account for daily redemption of one (1) large Mac & Cheese during the Prize Redemption Period. The daily Mac & Cheese reward expires at 11:59 p.m. each day during the Prize Redemption Period. If any daily MyPanera reward for one (1) large Mac & Cheese is not redeemed during the Prize Redemption Period, then that daily reward expires and a new reward for one (1) large Mac & Cheese is loaded onto Winner’s MyPanera account for the next day until the end of the Prize Redemption Period.
b. Sponsor or its designees will randomly select all winners (“Winners”). A total of fifteen (15) winners – Five (5) from TikTok Entries and Ten (10) from a combination of Instagram and Twitters Entries – will be randomly drawn and notified on or about July 21, 2021. The total ARV of all Prizes is $54,750.00
