PRIZES: One (1) Winner will receive a five (5) day/four (4) night trip for two to Oahu, HI (the “Trip”), at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($4,750.00). The Trip shall include: (i) round-trip, coach class air transportation (including taxes) for Winner and his/her travel companion (the “Travel Companion”) from the destination airport nearest the Winner’s residence to Oahu, HI, (ii) hotel accommodations (one room), including room taxes (the “Hotel”), for four (4) consecutive nights in Oahu, HI, (as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion), (iii) the opportunity for Winner and his/her Travel Companion to choose one (1) vacation activity each (from a list provided by Sponsor and as approved by Sponsors in their sole discretion), (iv) one (1) Two Hundred Dollar ($200.00) gift certificate to Roy’s restaurant in Oahu, HI, (v) four (4) daily breakfast meals each for Winner and his/her Travel Companion at the Hotel, (vi) the opportunity to enjoy one (1) couples massage for Winner and his/her Travel Companion at the spa of the Hotel, and (vii) use of a mid-size rental car for five (5) days (including unlimited mileage, LDW insurance and subject to all restrictions (including age requirements) of the rental agency). TOTAL AMV OF PRIZE (ONE PRIZE): Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($4,750.00).
