PRIZES: Initial Sweepstakes Prizes: There will be two (2) prizes awarded to two (2) winners (each an
“Initial Sweepstakes Winner”) for the Initial Sweepstakes Period (“Initial Sweepstakes Prizes”). Each
Initial Sweepstakes Prize consists of the following: A trip for each Initial Sweepstakes Winner and
his/her one (1) guest (“Initial Sweepstakes Guest”) to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (“Vancouver
Trip”) to attend selected events at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Vancouver Trip includes round-trip, coachclass
air transportation for Initial Sweepstakes Winner and Initial Guest from a major commercial airport
near Initial Sweepstakes Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, to an airport
near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Vancouver
Airport”); standard accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel in
Vancouver (“Vancouver Hotel”), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; round-trip ground
transportation between Vancouver Airport and Vancouver Hotel; two (2) tickets to three (3) separate
Olympic events (actual Olympic events to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and each
Initial Sweepstakes Winner (only) will receive two thousand dollars ($2,000) paid in the form of a check
made payable to each Initial Sweepstakes Winner or in such other form as designated by Sponsor in its
sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Initial Sweepstakes Prize is ten
thousand dollars ($10,000).

Second Sweepstakes Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded for the Second Sweepstakes Period
(“Second Sweepstakes Prize”) consisting of the following: One (1) item of Olympic memorabilia
autographed by a current or former Olympian (actual item of Olympic memorabilia and actual Olympian
to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of Second Sweepstakes Prize is two hundred
dollars ($200).

Third Sweepstakes Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded for the Third Sweepstakes Period (“Third
Sweepstakes Prize”) consisting of the following: One (1) item of Olympic memorabilia autographed by a
current or former Olympian (actual item of Olympic memorabilia and actual Olympian to be determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of Third Sweepstakes Prize is two hundred dollars ($200).

Fourth Sweepstakes Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded for the Fourth Sweepstakes Period
(“Fourth Sweepstakes Prize”) consisting of the following: One (1) item of Olympic memorabilia
autographed by a current or former Olympian (actual item of Olympic memorabilia and actual Olympian
to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of Fourth Sweepstakes Prize is two hundred
dollars ($200).

Fifth Sweepstakes Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded for the Fifth Sweepstakes Period (“Fifth
Sweepstakes Prize”) consisting of the following: One (1) item of Olympic memorabilia autographed by a
current or former Olympian (actual item of Olympic memorabilia and actual Olympian to be determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of Fifth Sweepstakes Prize is two hundred dollars ($200).

Sixth Sweepstakes Prize: There will be one (1) prize awarded for the Sixth Sweepstakes Period (“Sixth
Sweepstakes Prize”) consisting of the following: A trip to be shared by one (1) winner (“Sixth
Sweepstakes Winner”) and his/her one (1) guest (“Sixth Sweepstakes Guest”) to Colorado Springs, CO to
tour the United States Olympic Team training facilities (“Colorado Trip”). Colorado Trip includes coachclass
air transportation for Sixth Sweepstakes Winner and Sixth Sweepstakes Guest from a major U.S.
gateway commercial airport near Sixth Sweepstakes Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor in its
sole discretion, to a Colorado Springs, CO, or Denver, CO area airport, as determined by Sponsor in its
sole discretion (“Colorado Airport”); standard hotel accommodations (single room double occupancy) at
the Broadmoor Resort (single room/double occupancy) or comparable accommodation as determined by
Sponsor in its sole discretion for two (2) nights; round trip ground transportation to and from Colorado
Airport and hotel; and the opportunity for Sixth Sweepstakes Winner and Sixth Sweepstakes Guest to tour
the United States Olympic Team training facilities (“Tour”). The ARV of the Sixth Sweepstakes Prize is
three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500).
Total ARV of all Prize is twenty four thousand seven hundred dollars ($24,700).
