Grand Prize (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a minimum five (5) day rental of the Seaside Heights
beach house featured in the MTV series Jersey Shore (the “Rental Property”) for Grand Prize Winner and up to four
(4) guests (the “Guests”) (the actual duration of the rental will be determined by Sponsors and disclosed to the
Grand Prize Winner at time of winner verification), (b) roundtrip economy airfare for Grand Prize Winner and up to
four (4) of his/her Guests from a major gateway in the 48 contiguous United States to a major gateway nearest to
Seaside, NJ (as determined by Sponsors) [Sponsor reserves the right to substitute roundtrip ground transportation (as
determined by Sponsors) if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Seaside, NJ] and (c) roundtrip ground
transportation for Grand Prize Winner and up to four (4) Guests to/from the airport in or near Seaside, NJ (the
“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize Winner may include up to an additional five (5) Guests at the Rental Property, but
no transportation shall be provided for such additional Guests. The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand
Prize is between $7,500.00 and $14,500.00 but is subject to change based on current market conditions, the time and
travel and the distance between departure and destination (when applicable) and prevailing rental rates at time of
Grand Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ERV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded.
Sponsors reserve the right not to award the Grand Prize if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an insufficient
number of Eligible Entries were received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute an
alternate beach house rental in or around Seaside Heights, NJ if for any reason the house featured in Jersey Shore
should become unavailable for any reason, including, without limitation for production schedules and other
restrictions. Sponsors will determine the airline carrier in their sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and his/her
Guests traveling by air must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required, valid travel documents in
order to travel. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be roundtrip. The Released Parties shall not
be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air
carriers or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services necessitated by the
same. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. All travel dates are subject to
change in Sponsors’ discretion.
First Prizes (9): Each First Prize Winner will receive a MTV Jersey Shore giftpack (e.g. a selection of Jersey
Shore-related or branded items to be determined by Sponsors) (the “First Prize(s)” and together with the Grand
Prize, the “Prizes”). The ERV of each First Prize giftpack is $75.00.
The anticipated date for fulfillment of the Grand Prize will be between May 28, 2012 and September 3, 2012 and the
anticipated date for fulfillment of the First Prizes will be on or around May 1, 2012 subject to change in Sponsors’
sole discretion.
8. General Prize Terms: The total ERV of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is between $8,175.00-
$15,175.00
