One Grand Prize will be awarded: 12 months of Life Extension supplements of the winner’s choice for life, up to a maximum of 20 years, with a maximum of $1,000 Member Value (typically 25% off Actual Retail Price) of supplements per year. Total approximate Member Value: $20,000 ($1,000 per year for 20 years). Winner may select supplements available on www.LEF.org. If the winner fails to use the entire $1,000 within one year, he/she will forfeit the remainder of the prize for that year. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash buyout for the remaining value of the prize at any point during the 20 year term.

Total approximate Member Value: $5,000 ($1,000 per year for 5 years). Winner may select supplements available onwww.LEF.org. If the winner fails to use the entire $1,000 within one year, he/she will forfeit the remainder of the prize for that year. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a cash buyout for the remaining value of the prize at any point during the five year term. Five Third Prizes will be awarded: $1,000 Member Value in supplements, which must be purchased within one year. Winner may select supplements available on www.LEF.org. WHEEL SPIN PRIZES: Each day during the Promotion Period, Sponsor will randomly seed prizes, with at least one prize seeded each day. The first person who spins the wheel after a seeding will win a prize. A total of 1,183 wheel spin prizes will be offered over the course of the Sweepstakes. The following prizes will be offered: 882 Life Extension Two Per Day Multiple Vitamins (Actual Retail Price $10.00); 147 three-month memberships in the Life Extension Foundation (Actual Retail Price $12.85); 105 $25 Member Value product credits; 21 $50 Member Value product credits, 21 $100 Member Value product credits, 6 $250 Member Value product credits, and 1 $500 Member Value product credit.
